Your participation is voluntary, anonymous and all information is confidential. This study was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the Olomouc University Social Health Institute (OUSHI). No individual will be identified at any time and all information you provide will be stored safely on the server of Palacký University or in locked cupboards, accessible only to the research team. No information will be passed on to any unauthorized person or to third party. The acquired data will be statistically evaluated and processed at OUSHI. The results of the processed data will be provided to the Conferences of Major Superiors of the participating countries. The questionnaire focuses on the interconnectedness of the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of a human being. The survey consists partly of commonly used validated scales and partly of questions directly regarding life in a religious community. Each respondent gets personal feedback immediately on finishing the questionnaire.
